There are 2 reliable and convenient delivery options available for R.O.C.S. orders - Economy and Express Flex. Using Economy delivery method your order will be shipped within 24 hours and delivered to the nearest pick-up service on the next working day. Using Express Flex delivery method your order will be shipped within 24 hours and Itella transport team will contact you on the next working day to arrange suitable delivery address.
Bus Parcel is the standard parcel service offered by Matkahuolto. Using Bus Parcel delivery method your odred will be shipped withing 24 hours and delivered to the closes Matkahuolto service point, agent or partner. When the parcel reaches the destination you will be notified by email or SMS.
To ensure lowest delivery rate small orders can be sent directly from main distribution warehouse in Tallinn using Estonian Post parcel services. Using Estonian Post delivery method your order will be shipped within 24 hours and delivered to the nearest postal service point in 3-7 working days.
If you are living or staying in Helsinki/Tallinn area and would like to pickup your order yourself it can be done directly from R.O.C.S. Helsinki office at Radiokatu 20 or R.O.C.S. Tallinn office at Laki 14A. Ordered products can be picked up free of charge. After your order is paid our representative will contact you withing 24 hours to arrange suitable time for picking the products.
After you made and confirmed your order full order amount and
delivery costs can be transferred to R.O.C.S. bank account at Nordea
Bank. After your payment is received your order will be processed and
passed to the selected transport company.
In case you are using PayPal services your order can be easily paid immediately after order confirmation through PayPal system.
Company accepts refund or replacement of Goods in
those cases when Customer notifies the Company of a defect or damage in
the Goods within 2 days of receipt of the goods. All defected or
damaged Goods will be replaced by Company.
In those cases when Goods were received damaged the Customer must notify the courier at the time of delivery and the Company within 2 (two) days of receipt of the Goods.
Damaged or defective Goods have to be returned to visually verify the damage.Once Company received and verify the damages or defects, Company will ship the replacement Goods.
