R\u00fcckerstattung<\/h1>\n

Der Kunde muss uns die Absicht, die Ware zur\u00fcckzusenden, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware mitteilen, indem er das nachstehende R\u00fccksendeformular ausf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

Die zur\u00fcckgegebene Ware muss unbenutzt, unbesch\u00e4digt und in der Originalverpackung sein.
\nIm Falle einer R\u00fccksendung gehen die Versandkosten zu Lasten des Kunden (max. 10 \u20ac, \u00a7 194 Absatz 4 des LPA), es sei denn, der Grund f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendung ist die Nichteinhaltung des bestellten Produkts oder ein Defekt (D\u00fcse funktioniert nicht, kaputte Kappe usw.).<\/p>\n

Unicosmetic O\u00dc gibt das Geld innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen nach Erhalt der Ware an den Kunden zur\u00fcck.
\nMundpflegeprodukte in offenen Verpackungen k\u00f6nnen nicht zur\u00fcckgegeben werden. Auch Produkte, deren Verwendung (oder Nichtverwendung) nicht identifiziert werden kann, werden nicht erstattet. Zum Beispiel Zahnpasta, die eine relativ kurze Haltbarkeit hat und direkt vom \u00d6ffnungsdatum der Verpackung abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/h1>\r\n

The customer must notify us of the intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods by filling out the return form below.<\/p>\r\n

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n

In case of return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer (max. \u20ac 10, \u00a7 194 (4) of the LPA), unless the reason for return is non-compliance with the order product or defect (nozzle does not work, broken cap, etc.).<\/p>\r\n

Unicosmetic O\u00dc returns the money to the customer within 10 calendar days after receiving the goods.<\/p>\r\n

Oral care products in open packages cannot be returned. Also, products whose use (or non-use) cannot be identified are not refundable. For example, toothpaste, which has a relatively short shelf life and depends directly on the date of opening the package.<\/p>\r\n
