Estonian internet shop online.rocs.eu (further referred as Shop) is owned by Unicosmetic OÜ , national registration ID: 12808641, domiciled at: Harju maakond, Rae vald, Järveküla, Ida tee 16, 75304, Estonia.

  1. Validity of purchase agreement, information about products and prices.

Below terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods in the Shop.

The prices of the goods, sold in the Shop are shown next to the goods. The cost of delivery of the goods will be added to the price. All prices are in Euros and include VAT.

The cost of delivery depends on the location of the buyer and on the method of delivery. The cost of delivery will be shown to the buyer while he is placing the order.

Information about the products is shown in the Shop’s site next to the product.

2. Making order.

To order a product, you have to add the desired product to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. Then the amount of the commission is displayed on the screen, which amount can be paid using a bank link or other payment solution.

The Agreement comes into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Shop.

In case the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiration date of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the money (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days days from the date of sending the notification.

3. Delivery

The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Parcels within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. Outside Estonia, delivery is carried out according to the speed of the courier company.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

4. The right of refusal.

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of refusal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

Since oral hygiene products are goods for personal use:

– In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the packaging of ordered product must not be opened or product used.

– If the product was used for purposes other than those, necessary for clarifying the nature of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the Shop has the right to refuse the buyer the right to return it.

To return the product, you must submit a written statement of refusal to purchase the product in a free form and send it to the email address store@rocs.eu within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is the fact that the returned goods do not match the ordered one (for example, incorrect or defective goods).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of filing the application or provide proof that he handed over the goods to the carrier during the above period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Shop immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the recall application, returns to the buyer the whole amount received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The Shop may refuse to refund the money until the goods that are the subject of the contract are returned or until the buyer provides proof of the return of the goods, whichever comes first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest conventional delivery method offered by the Shop, the Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost of usual delivery method.

The Shop has the right to reject the purchase transaction and request the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online store is significantly lower than the market price of the said goods due to an error.

5. The right to file a claim.

The Shop is responsible for the discrepancy or defect of the goods sold, which already existed at the time of delivery of the item to the buyer.

The buyer has the right to contact the Shop no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to the address store@rocs.eu.

The Shop is not responsible for defects that occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased in the Shop have defects for which the Shop is responsible, the defective goods will be replaced. If the goods cannot be replaced, the Shop will refund to the buyer amounts related to this particular agreement.

The online store must respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

6. Direct marketing and personal data processing.

The Shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. These personal data will be shared only with companies, providing transport services for the delivery of goods.

The Shop will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire by entering an email address on the website.

The Buyer may cancel offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

7. Disputes Resolution

Any possible complaints against the Shop must be sent to the email address store@rocs.eu. If the buyer and the Shop cannot settle the dispute amicably, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Commission.

The terms of the procedure can be found and applied for here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is resolving disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Settlement of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
